2. Pricing and Payment: Prices for animals or services are as listed on our website or provided in-store and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
3. Shipping and Delivery: The Seller offers shipping and delivery services for animals within all over India. Additional charges may apply. The Seller is not liable for delays or damages incurred during transit.
4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges: The Seller accept on time returns, refunds, or exchanges for animals except in cases of proven fake misrepresentation or health issues covered under the health guarantee. Buyers must notify the Seller of any concerns regarding the condition of the animal within 5 days of receipt.
5. Health and Wellness: Animals sold by the Seller are guaranteed to be in good health and free from known diseases at the time of sale. The Seller provides a [3 month] health guarantee for animals sold. Refer to our separate health guarantee policy for details.
6. Legal Compliance: Buyers agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the ownership and care of the purchased animal. The Seller is not responsible for ensuring the Buyer's compliance with local, state, or federal laws.
7. Liability and Disclaimers: The Seller is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the Buyer's ownership or handling of the animal. The Buyer assumes all risks associated with owning and caring for the animal till the date it reaches to the seller.

1. Introduction: These terms and conditions govern the pricing process during auctions conducted by Auctopets ("the Auctioneer"). By participating in the auction, all bidders ("the Participants") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Auction Format: The auction will be conducted in a [live/online] format, where Participants can bid on items offered for sale. Each item will have a starting bid and may have a reserve price set by the seller.
3. Bidding Process: Participants may place bids on items during the auction in accordance with the bidding increments specified by the Auctioneer. The highest bid acknowledged by the Auctioneer at the fall of the hammer or the close of the online bidding platform will be the winning bid.

7. Buyer's Premium: A buyer's premium of Rs3=10coin will be added to the hammer price of each item and each time you place a bid and will be payable by the winning bidder in addition to the bid price. The buyer's premium is non-negotiable and non-refundable.
8. Payment: Payment for the winning bid amount, plus the buyer's premium and any applicable taxes or fees, is due immediately following the close of the auction. Accepted forms of payment include [Gpay, Bank Transfer (neft), card payment, UPI].
9. Non-Payment: Failure to make payment for the winning bid amount within the specified timeframe may result in the Participant being banned from future auctions and legal action being taken to recover the outstanding amount.
